Welcome to St. John’s Church, Adlington

St. John’s, affectionately known as the Tin Tabernacle, has been a place of Christian worship for over 120 years. Nestled in Cheshire countryside between Macclesfield and Poynton, St. John’s is a friendly and welcoming church community. We gather for services at:
11:00 am on the second and fourth Sunday of each month and
9:30 am for Morning Prayer on Thursdays giving you a weekday opportunity for prayerful reflection and fellowship.

Spring to Autumn our Saturday Coffee Shop 10:30am – 4:30pm is a lovely way to enjoy great coffee and home baked cakes and pastries.

Whether you're looking for a welcoming Sunday service, a chance for peaceful reflection on a Thursday morning or great coffee and cake St. John’s at Adlington is here for you.
